Most jobs are on detached houses, from beachside fibro cottages to 1980s brick-and-tile homes and newer estate homes with Colorbond roofs. Which service do I need?
If the roof is basically sound with one or two problems, start with roof repairs. If it leaks in several places, is rusting through or the tiles are failing, ask about roof replacement or re-roofing. If you are unsure, ask for an inspection.
Do you arrange work on businesses as well as homes?
Yes. Commercial roofing covers industrial units, shops, offices and strata buildings, with work staged around the people inside.
Can one contractor handle the asbestos removal and the new roof?
The removal must be done by a removalist holding the licence the job needs. Some roofing businesses hold that licence; others work with a licensed removalist. Either way you should get one clear scope.
Do you arrange roof painting or restoration?
