A referral website
Roof Gold Coast is a referral website. We are not a roofing contractor and we do not carry out roofing work. When you contact us, we refer your enquiry to an independent local roofing contractor who inspects the roof, provides a quote and, if you accept it, does the work under their own contract with you.
Licences and insurance
We ask the contractors we work with to hold the licences and insurance their work requires, including a QBCC licence for roofing work and, where asbestos is involved, the asbestos removal licence required by Workplace Health and Safety Queensland. You should ask to see the licence and insurance documents before work starts, and check the licence on the QBCC online register yourself.
General information only
The content on this website, including guides, articles, FAQs and price bands, is general information about roofing on the Gold Coast. It is not advice about your particular roof, and it is not a quote. Roof condition can only be assessed by an inspection. Price bands are indicative planning figures for 2026 and real prices depend on the inspection and written quote.

We refer to the QBCC, the City of Gold Coast, Workplace Health and Safety Queensland and Australian standards in general terms. Requirements change and depend on the property. Check directly with the relevant body, or with a private building certifier, before work begins.
